)-If you get thirsty at Epcot, Stop by Club Cool in the Innoventions building and test Coke products from around the world for FREE! Beware though, the taste of some of these coke products are less than pleasant, You've been warned....
)-A sidewalk that travels past Disney’s BoardWalk Inn (or Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts) and the Swan & Dolphin connects Epcot (through the International Gateway) to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Walking between the two parks takes around 30 minutes and can be faster than any other transportation between the two parks. While the buses may be easier. They can take over an hour to take you from park to park
)-Sunshine Seasons and Electric Umbrella all have drink refill stations for free refills. Use a paper cup you've bought that day to refill as much as you'd like
)-To get the most out of your visit to Epcot, try to catch the little shows they have outside of every country's pavilion in the World Showcase. The shows are a nice break from all of the walking the World Showcase requires and the kids absolutely love them!
)-If you ask around, most people will tell you that the best place to watch Illuminations from is a lagoon side table at the Rose & Crown Pub in the United Kingdom pavilion. If you decide to follow this advice, be prepared to eat more than just an appetizer. The Rose and Crown staff is fully aware of this tip and will only seat patrons who plan on eating a full meal. They will ask anyone who tries to abuse this little tip to politely leave.
)-Epcot has an information board between the Innoventions plazas that offers the wait times for every ride in both Future World and World Showcase.
)-If you don’t mind leaving the park for a little while, head out the World Showcase entrance (between UK and France) and go to the Boardwalk. There are plenty of great dining options, most of which are much cheaper than the World Showcase offerings.
)-If you have been baking under the Florida sun all day and you are looking for a place to cool off, try the American Adventure or Ellen's Energy Adventure, both are fully air conditioned and there is hardly a wait for either.
)-Anyone who has tried shopping at the Mouse Gears stores in Epcot, know that the lines to the cash registers can get quite long. To avoid the long lines, head to the jewelery section and ask one of the clerks there if they can cash you out, they are never really busy and they will be more than happy to ring you out.
)-Try not to ride Spaceship Earth first thing in the morning. Most people enter the park, see the big shiny white ball and this is the first thing they want to ride. Hit the other attractions first and come back to Spaceship Earth later in the day when the crowds have died down.
)-Ask to be seated in the front row (The Top Row) of Soarin' to avoid seeing dangling feet in front of you during the ride
)-To Avoid Motion Sickness on Mission Space, try to avoid looking side to side at your companions and stare straight ahead
)-If You plan on entering Epcot as soon as the park opens, to avoid the long lines try entering the park from the World Showcase Entrance located between the UK and France.
)-If You are feeling a little tired mid-day and need to get to the other side of the World Showcase, try using the free World Showcase boats. They will save you a lot of time and energy while offering you a pretty cool view of the World Showcase at the same time
)-Don't feel the need to rush just to get everything Epcot has to offer done in one day. Instead, if you have the time on your vacation that is, try breaking Epcot up into 2 days, one for the World Showcase and one for Future World
)-For one of the most romantic experiences in all of Walt Disney World, Make an Advance Dining Reservation at one of the restaurants in the World Showcase for 8:45. By the time you are done eating, Illuminations will be over and most of the guests will have left the park. Your walk through the World Showcase with no one else around is sure to be something you and your significant other will never forget.
)-If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, you can order a regular OR large fountain drink at counter service restaurants. The default is regular, so make sure to specify large. It costs nothing extra and you get much more bang for your buck
)-If You have already seen Illuminations and don't mind missing it, head over to the most popular rides in Epcot such a Soarin', Test Track and Mission Space. Most people will be busy watching the firework show leaving you with almost no wait at any of your favorite rides.
)-If you plan on trading pins with cast members, we recommend purchasing as many pins as you can from eBay or Amazon before your Walt Disney World vacation. Paying $1 per pin is a lot better than the $7-$8 they charge in the parks
)-If you are going to Epcot with little ones, you need to know about an unadvertised Disney amenity called Rider Swap. Rider Swap enables a parent to ride with the older children while the other parent waits with the younger child. After the older children ride, the parents swap places and they ride again. To use this feature, just approach the Cast Member at the entrance of the ride and let them know that you want to do Rider Swap.
